PAYMENTS

We may provide paid products and/or services within the Service. In this case, we use third-party payment processing services (eg payment processors).

We will not store or collect your payment card details. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall POWER & STYLE EOOD, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, data, usage, reputation, or other intangible losses resulting from (1.) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (2.) any third party conduct or content on the Service; (3.) any content obtained from the Service; and (4.) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your communications or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or other legal theory, regardless of whether we have been advised of the possibility of such damage and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its primary purpose.

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria, without regard to its conflicting provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right. If any provision of these terms is held by a court to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and supersede any prior agreements we may have with respect to the Service.

CHANGES

“POWER & STYLE” EOOD is a company established in Sofia, Bulgaria. When you create an account in THE SCRIBES on PS3.bg, you are entitled to a service provided by the company.
These conditions form the basis of the contract through which “POWER & STYLE” EOOD will provide the service. By applying, you agree to these terms and provide us with the relevant consent to process your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Services
During our relationship, you will benefit from the following services:
Features and products of the ps3.bg website and related social media;
Support materials for implementing these functions;
Periodic tips and trends related to the integration of online tools that improve and facilitate the management of your business.

Through the ps3.bg website, you can also use the service of saving an appointment in the schedule of a specialist of your choice, whose schedule you can find on his personal page (the page of the relevant commercial company) on our website.
Technical support in case of a problem – we will respond to all inquiries sent to technicalsupport@ps3.bg within 24 hours.
Terms of use – Period of use
Some of the products and services are paid once, others may be for 12 consecutive months from the date the user applied and their application was approved. Service may automatically renew for the same period unless termination is requested 30 days prior to the end of the current period.
Fees
Fees are based on the type of service the customer requests and can be paid on an annual or monthly basis, depending on the customer’s preferences.

“POWER & STYLE” EOOD does not collect any fee from the user for reserving an appointment in the schedule of a specialist chosen by the user, whose schedule you can find on his personal page (the page of the relevant commercial company) on our website.

APPLICATION AND VALIDATION OF SERVICE

“POWER & STYLE” EOOD is aimed at any business that is looking for a way to present itself in the Internet space. When a service is requested, a meeting is scheduled to clarify the details, goals and time ranges for service performance. Depending on them, the final price is formed.

Booking an appointment in the schedule of a specialist selected by the user, whose schedule you can find on his personal page (the page of the relevant trading company) on our website is carried out by going to his page (the page of the relevant trading company) on our website and in the section “You can reserve an appointment here” choose from the relevant drop-down menus a service, a specialist and a date from the calendar. After that, you must press the “Next” button, which will take you to a new page, where you must select one of the free time slots of the specialist of your choice. The next step is to enter your necessary personal data to save the appointment, namely – first and last name, phone number and email. After entering the necessary personal data, all that remains is to press the “Next” button, which will save your appointment. After you reserve your appointment, you will receive a confirmation from us at the email you specified.
Terms of use – cancellation
A user who has subscribed to a subscription-based service may cancel it at any time by contacting POWER & STYLE EOOD in writing at pisarite@ps3.bg

Users who cancel their subscription are removed from the date on which their resignation is received by “POWER & STYLE” EOOD and all their benefits and rights as users of the service are terminated at that time. Membership fees are annual and non-refundable. If the payment is monthly, the member will continue to pay until the end of the agreed period. One-time service fees are non-refundable in case of premature termination of the project.

You can cancel an appointment you have already reserved with one of the specialists, whose schedule you can find on his personal page (the page of the relevant commercial company) on our website by pressing the “Cancel” button in the email you received confirming the reserved appointment. After pressing the “Cancel” button in the email you received to confirm your appointment, you will be redirected to our site, where you will receive a confirmation of the cancellation of the appointment with the text “Your reservation has been successfully cancelled!”. This completes the process of cancelling your reserved booking. The reserved bookings can also be cancelled by you by contacting “POWER & STYLE” EOOD in writing at pisarite@ps3.bg or by phone: 0896 676 376, which are also written in the e-mail for confirmation of your booked appointment or by contacting the specialist of your choice directly at the contacts indicated on his page (the page of the relevant commercial company) on our website. In this case, the booking is considered cancelled from the moment your cancellation request is received. The cancellation of an already recorded booking in the schedule of the specialist chosen by the user, whose schedule you can find on his personal page (the page of the relevant commercial company) on our site is not charged.

Keep in mind that the specialist or commercial company you have chosen has the right to cancel your appointment at any time and without giving any reason, and you will be notified of this at the email or phone number provided by you. “POWER & STYLE” EOOD is not responsible for the cancellation of the recorded hours by the specialist or commercial company chosen by you.
Terms of use – customer obligations
“POWER & STYLE” EOOD expects from its clients the highest standards in terms of dignity, justice and integrity. These values and expectations form the foundation upon which our relationships will rest. Customers are obliged to:
– Inform about any changes related to their activities;
– Share the latest activities and offers;
Prizes and rules in competitions
All prizes and contests related to offers published by “POWER & STYLE” EOOD are subject to separate terms and conditions that are described at the time of the drawing of the prizes, contests or offers.
Prices
All fees displayed on the POWER & STYLE EOOD website are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to increase the price of products and services regularly. If the change is related to a service that has already been requested, the customer will be informed in advance.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria. If a court or competent authority decides that any provision of these terms is invalid, illegal or unenforceable to any extent, only that provision will be severed from the rest of the terms, which will continue in full force and effect to the extent permitted from the law.
A person who is not a party to these Terms shall have no rights under or in connection with them.

RESPONSIBILITY

Liability of third parties
The liability of “POWER & STYLE” EOOD to its customers will not extend to any benefits related to subscriptions, goods or services provided by an external supplier. “POWER & STYLE” EOOD expressly excludes liability for any loss or damage suffered by a customer as a result of its involvement in any way with an external supplier.

“POWER & STYLE” EOOD is not responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the information on the pages of individual specialists on the website ps3.bg. It is provided by the relevant specialist and is not subject to verification by “POWER & STYLE” EOOD.

“POWER & STYLE” EOOD is not responsible for any damages (property and/or non-property) suffered by a user who booked an appointment with a specialist, whose schedule you can find on his personal page on our website, which damages are a result of the actions and/or inaction and/or consultations during the visit (live or online) to the specialist chosen by the user.
Accuracy of the information published by “POWER & STYLE” EOOD
Reasonable efforts are made to ensure the accuracy of the information provided on our website, newsletters and any other publications, however, neither we nor the authors can accept responsibility for errors and omissions in these publications.
Force majeure circumstances
Neither party shall be liable to the other for any delay or failure to perform its obligations in respect of matters beyond its control, including but not limited to an act of terrorism, war, riot, civil commotion, compliance with any law or government order, fire, flood or storm, strikes or other industrial disputes, transit delay, power failure, postal delay or any event which could not reasonably be planned or avoided.
Changes to the agreement
“POWER & STYLE” EOOD may change these conditions at any time after giving 14 days’ notice to its customers. The most recent edition of these terms and conditions will be binding on subscribers of “POWER & STYLE” EOOD. The clients of “POWER & STYLE” EOOD can withdraw from the contract if they do not accept a proposed change. These terms supersede any conflicting terms published in connection with a membership subscription between a Member and POWER & STYLE EOOD.
If the privacy policy of “POWER & STYLE” EOOD changes, “POWER & STYLE” EOOD will notify its customers and subscribers by email or through a special message placed on this website.
Inquiries, complaints, comments
